HUMAN RESOURCE, FINANCE & SYSTEM SECTION

This division is responsible for the day to day management of general administration, personnel, corporate relations, computerisastions, training, organisational development and quality enhancements. It also acts in a supporting role in monitoring the management of financial resources, payments, budgets and expenditure of The Foundation. It is further divided into four section comprising of;

Human Resource Management Section
This section facilitates the general administration and personnel of The Foundation.

Account Section
This section is responsible for the management, control and monitoring of The Foundation's Financial System in ensuring that the system is effective besides making sure that there is sufficient fund to carry out The Foundation's activities.

Information System Section
This section manages the computerisation system of The Foundation making sure that the system provides an effective supporting service to the other sections.

Quality & Corporate Relations Section
This section facilitates the implementation of the Quality Enhancement Programme, Corporate Relations and organisational development. It also plans for the training of the staff of The Foundation in order that its staff are armed with knowledge and skilled appropriately.
