This Division is responsible for facilitating The Foundation's fund resources. Amongst its activies included investments, property development and management, logging operations, fund managements and others.

Towards this end, it is divided into two sections;

General Investment Section
This section manages The Foundation's investment activities among which are fixed deposits, listed equities in The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), appointed companies and investing in trust units and bonds.

Properties and Development Section
This Section manages The Foundation's properties, rentals and development of new properties. It also manages The Foundation's source of income from timber premiums and cess, logging operations and jointventures on estate operations.
